Chief Minister’s Hour
One of the innovations brought in by the change of form of government from Presidential to Parliamentary system is the Chief Minister’s Hour.
Prior to adoption of RA 11054 of the parliamentary form of government, the Chief Executive is only expected to deliver the State of the Region once a year. With the current form, the Chief Minister is expected to updated the parliament every 1st Wednesday of the Session Period of the Month.
