Youth groups laud inclusion in Bangsamoro Local Governance Code

PATIKUL, SULU — Several youth organizations that took part in the last day of public consultation here in Patikul town lauded the inclusion of youth participation in the proposed Bangsamoro Local Governance Code.

Bensar Muin, founder of Youth Development for Patikul Association, along with representatives of other youth organizations, praised the Bangsamoro government for including the youth sector in the legislative process. Read full story here.

    • This portal provides a platform for people to review draft key legislations of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region. These priority codes, outlined in RA 11054 (Bangsamoro Organic Law), will be passed by the Parliament during the transition period. The website serves three main purposes: (1) acting as an online resource for experts and interest groups, (2) enabling public access to legislative documents, and (3) providing an alternative consultative space between the Bangsamoro Transition Authority and its constituents in the new normal. Feel free to use the consultation forms on this site to share your notes, comments, and suggestions.
