The Office of MP Rasol Y. Mitmug, Jr. is launching its fourth e-book, this time on the Bangsamoro Civil Service Code. The BCSC, or Bangsamoro Autonomy Act No. 17, was passed in February of this year. It is one of the priority codes of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority, and covers the conduct of civil servants, qualifications for non-elective positions, the merit and fitness system,  among others. Unique provisions within the BCSC enable mujahideen and mujahidat to avail employment opportunities with the Bangsamoro Government during its transition period.
