COTABATO CITY – The Bangsamoro Transition Authority’s Committee on Local Government will hold a series of public consultations starting in December for the proposed Bangsamoro Local Governance Code after it has been refiled by the Government of the Day.Simultaneously with the proposed electoral code, the Committee on Local Government, chaired by Atty.
