COTABATO CITY — MPs Rasol Y. Mitmug, Jr., Laisa M. Alamia, Suharto M. Ambolodto, and Baintan Adil-Ampatuan, formerly composing the Minority bloc during the first BTA, re-filed the Bangsamoro Electoral Code. This is the same draft that was crafted in partnership with the Legal Network for Truthful Elections (LENTE).
This after the Parliament collectively decided to archive all pending bills and resolutions from the first BTA. The Government of the Day has yet to file its version but has assured its passage as its priority.
