COTABATO CITY — The Technical Working Group met today at the BTA Extension Office to discuss the inclusion of the Toril (Boarding Schools) system in the Bangsamoro Education Code. MP Maisara Latiph and MP Diamila Ramos presented their proposed provisions on the toril system.
