Si Mubarak M. Tahir ay isang Filipino-Maguindanaoan na manunulat mula sa Kitango, Datu Piang, Maguindanao. Kasalukuyan siyang nagtuturo sa Mindanao State University, Lungsod ng Heneral Santos. Kabilang siya sa iba\u2019t ibang rehiyonal at nasyonal na palihan sa pagsulat gaya ng Davao Writers Workshop 2017, Palihang Rogelio Sicat ng Unibersidad ng Pilipinas 2018 at iligan National Writing Workshop.
