The following are resolutions approved by the Bangsamoro Transition Authority. A resolution is the official expression of the opinion or will of a legislative body, in this case the Bangsamoro Transition Authority. These resolutions are passed to (1) deliver criticism or support on various social issues and current affairs and (2) for internal and administrative purposes. While resolutions are not permanent in nature, they can have the effect of law under certain circumstances.

The Regional Legislative Assembly was the unicameral regional legislature of the former Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). The RLA passed a total of 338 laws during its nine assemblies. Section 1, Article XVIII of the Bangsamoro Organic Law (R.A. 11054) provides that, "All subsisting laws enacted by the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao Regional Legislative Assembly by virtue of authorities provided under Republic Act No. 6734, as amended by Republic Act No. 9054, shall be deemed valid and in effect, unless inconsistent with this Organic Law or repealed by laws passed by the Parliament."
