The Office of MP Rasol Y. Mitmug, Jr. joins the entire region in celebrating its 5th foundation day, marking a significant milestone in our shared journey towards fostering mutual understanding, peaceful co-existence, and a shared future in the Bangsamoro region.
This year’s theme, “A Journey Towards Mutual Understanding, Peaceful Co-existence, and a Shared Future in the Bangsamoro,” reflects our unwavering commitment to building bridges of understanding and unity among the diverse communities of the region. As we reflect on the progress made over the past five years, we recognize the importance of embracing our shared heritage and cultural diversity. The foundation of lasting peace lies in our collective ability to respect and appreciate our differences, working together towards a harmonious and inclusive future for all.

Through various initiatives and collaborative efforts, we have witnessed the transformative power of dialogue, cooperation, and compassion in bridging gaps and promoting harmony. This celebration serves as a poignant moment to acknowledge the remarkable achievements of the Bangsamoro people and the significant strides we have taken towards a more unified and prosperous community.
MP Mitmug, along with his office, remains dedicated to realizing an innovative and forward-looking Bangsamoro Government. Acknowledging and recognizing that we are One Bangsamoro is crucial to our goal of sustaining peace in the region. So in line with that goal and as part of our anniversary celebration, the Office donated BARMM flags to the day care center in South Upi, Maguindanao del Sur. The students and/or the children in that area would have a reminder that they are members and part of one Bangsamoro.
As we commemorate this Foundation Day, our renewed commitment to justice, equality, and understanding inspires us to work hand in hand, fostering an environment where every individual feels valued and empowered. Together, let us embark on the next phase of our journey with a revitalized sense of purpose, resilience, and optimism, creating a lasting legacy of peace and prosperity for generations to come. Obviously, there is still much to be done. Our work and service to the people will never cease.
But for now let’s commemorate this special day.
