Ikalawang anibersaryo ng Alerto Bangsamoro

Sa ikalawang anibersaryo ng Alerto Bangsamoro naimbitahan si MP Rasol Mitmug para magpahayag ng saloobin tungkol sa importansiya ng radio broadcasting para sa mga diskusyon sa polisiya at pagbibigay tulay sa grassroots level at policymakers sa mga desisyong ito.

Nasabi ni MP Ras na isa sa advantage ng mga radyo ngayon ay napopost ito sa Facebook, kaya’t pwede na itong balikan kapag ito’y hindi mo natutukan sa oras nang pag-ere. Higit pa rito ay ang malawak na reach na naabot ng radyo kaya’t naipapaparating sa grassroots ang mga napaguusapan sa rehiyon.

Sa huli ay binati ni MP Mitmug ang International Alert Philippines at DXMS Radyo Bida Cotabato City at hiniling na sana’y magtuloy-tuloy ang kanilang programa na siyang nagbibigay ng impormasyon sa ating mga kababayan dahil sa pagiging Community Radio nito.

MP Mitmug graces MSU-CBAA 60th anniversary

MP Mitmug attended Mindanao State University Main Campus – Marawi College of Business Administration and Accounting’s (CBAA) 60th Anniversary with the theme, Reminiscing the past, sustaining the present and leading the future through culture of excellence innovative business education, research and extension, yesterday, April 25, 2023 as the Guest of Honor.

In his message, he highlighted the level of competency and skill set of CBAA’s alumni which can compete in the present era and allows for better governance and creates more opportunity for employment in private or public institutions.

Mitmug also enjoins everyone to continue supporting the BARMM government by engaging, cooperating and giving feedback as we aim for a respnsive and functional government.

Policy forum on women’s welfare in the Bangsamoro

Members of Parliament Atty. Mary Ann M. Arnado and Atty. Rasol Y. Mitmug, Jr., together with some members of the GAD Focal Point System of the BTA Parliament participated in today’s policy forum on women’s welfare in the Bangsamoro.

The activity gathered some stakeholders from the government, international non-government organizations, and civil society organizations to share reports on the status of women and girls in the Bangsamoro region and recommend what policies can be formulated to address issues and concerns of women and promote their welfare.

Representatives from the offices of Members of Parliament Diamila Ramos and Froilyn Mendoza were also present in the activity.

The said forum was organized by The Asia Foundation.
