COTABATO CITY — The Government of the Day’s Bangsamoro Electoral Code entered second reading in today’s plenary session.
MP Abdulraof A. Macacua delivered the sponsorship speech, after which it was referred to the Committee on Rules headed by Floor Leader MP Sha Elijah Dumama-Alba.
