COTABATO CITY – The Committee on Rules held its first public consultation on the Bangsamoro Electoral Code at the Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas Avenue in Manila.
The two-day consultation was led by Majority Leader MP Sha Elijah Dumama-Alba. The first day of consultations was held with government experts and stakeholders, while the second day was devoted to non-government organizations and civil society organizations.
