Years in Review: MP Mitmug’s service to the Bangsamoro

As 2022 approaches, it is worth taking a few minutes to look back and highlight the major accomplishments and achievements of the Office of MP Mitmug Jr. in its effort to fulfill its mandate and commitment to the Bangsamoro as Member of the Parliament.

Even with the ongoing pandemic, this Office remained faithful to its core while positively impacting those around them.

Medical outreach program In Lumba Bayabao

The Office of Deputy Minority Floor Leader Atty. Rasol Y. Mitmug, Jr. through the Ministry of Health, conducted a medical outreach program in Brgy. Mapantao, Lumba-Bayabao, Lanao del Sur on December 11, 2021.

This initiative is part of the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) of the Bangsamoro Transition Authority in collaboration with the Ministry of Health (MOH).

The outreach program provided and offered free health services such as consultations, free medicines, hygiene kits, and free X-rays through the mobile clinic donated by MP Mitmug to the Integrated Provincial Health Office of Lanao del Sur.

We would like to express our gratitude to the MOH headed by Minister Bashary A. Latiph, Rural Health Unit of Lumba-Bayabao, Barangay Local Government of Mapantao headed by Hon. Baguinda Monte, Integrated Provincial Health Office of Lanao del Sur and volunteers for this opportunity to serve the Bangsamoro people in Lumba Bayabao, Lanao del Sur.

BTA Parliament expresses sympathy to MP Bato’s death

The Bangsamoro Transition Authority Parliament expresses its heartfelt condolences to the family and relatives of its close colleague, Member of Parliament Mohammad Zainoden Bato, who passed away unexpectedly.

There are three (3) proposed resolutions expressing profound sympathy and sincere condolences to the bereaved family of MP Bato and recognizing his contributions to the Bangsamoro Government:

Proposed Resolution No. 487 entitled “A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE PROFOUND SYMPATHY AND SINCERE CONDOLENCES OF THE BTA ON THE DEATH OF BTA-MEMBER HON. ALEEM MOHAMMAD ZAINODEN P. BATO,”

Proposed Resolution No. 490 entitled “RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE DEEPEST CONDOLENCES AND PROFOUND SYMPATHY OF THE BANGSAMORO PARLIAMENT TO THE BEREAVED FAMILY OF MP ALEEM MOHAMMAD ZAINODEN P. BATO,” and

Proposed Resolution No. 491 entitled “RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE CONTRIBUTION OF THE HONORABLE MP MOHAMMAD ZAINODEN P. BATO TO THE BANGSAMORO GOVERNMENT AS ONE OF THE PRIME MOVERS OF THE BANGSAMORO CAUSE, AND EXPRESSING PROFOUND SYMPATHY AND SINCERE CONDOLENCES TO HIS FAMILY FOR HIS DEMISE”

All resolutions were adopted by the BTA Parliament in today’s Session.

Inna lillah wa inna ilaihi rajion. Again, we send our heartfelt condolences to MP Bato’s family and relatives during this difficult time. His untimely death is a great loss for the Bangsamoro people and the cause that they are still fighting for.

Pakasurgaan ka o Allah MP Zainoden Bato. Baloyin o Allah (SWT) so kobor ka a sormbi o Sorga. Ameen!

Turnover ceremony of mobile clinic under TDIF

The Office of MP Atty. Rasol Y. Mitmug Jr. through the Ministry of Health-BARMM, turned over one mobile clinic to the Integrated Provincial Health Office of Lanao del Sur today, July 5.

MP Atty. Rasol Y. Mitmug Jr. thanked the Bangsamoro Government for coming up with program such as the Transitional Development Impact Fund (TDIF) which is very relevant in alleviating the needs of the Bangsamoro people during this time of pandemic.

Aside from the turnover, attendees witnessed the signing of Memorandum of Understanding, distribution of 250 BHW Kits, and turn-over of communication equipment to HEPOs.

According to Vice Governor Adiong, “Very timely aya sa giya maulaula tano knaba bo sa giya Lanao del Sur ka giya dn a entire a dunya a kasasabotan tano a giya pandemic (What is happening to us right now is very timely, not only for Lanao Del Sur but for the entire world, we know that there is pandemic)”. He emphasized how helpful the mobile clinic is to the people of Lanao del Sur.

The turnover was attended and witnessed by Health minister Dr. Bashary A. Latiph, CPAFP, MSPH-MHA  Dr. Alinader D. Minalang, Provincial Health Officer II, IPHO – Lanao del Sur, Hon. Mohammad Khalid “Mujam” R. Adiong, Vice Governor of the Province of Lanao del Sur, Dr. Apasrah M. Mapupuno, MPM Provincial Health Officer I, Vice Mayor Sittie Aisah L. Pansar of Municipality of Butig and Board Members of the Province of Lanao del Sur.
